So, here's what I think, this book was a short read, and it's part of a series, so far there are three books, 4th in the works.

The character buildup was nice, I wish that it had more of a background, we learned about Tristan's upbringing, but not much of Virginia, I know shes a paralegal, but tristan was saying a lawyer, so I got confused by that, cause it's not the same, aside from a cheating ex, im not sure much about the main character.

I liked the fact that the storyline was different, the main characters were 5k miles apart, and not up close and personal, they actually...*gasp* dare I say it?!? Got to know one another..(I know..shocking right?) via skype and texting and facebook messaging. Which to me was absolutely awesome, because I'm not a huge fan of the "hi im soandso lets bang now" without getting to know a person.  Some of the scenes between the two of them, their conversations were really good.  I liked that she wasn't all "hey, yeah lets sext now please" and they actually talked, it felt more real to me, and I will shut up now because I am probably revealing spoilers left and right.  LOL.

I will say, and give a headsup that there is a cliffhanger.  It wasn't one that makes you want to throw your nook out the window and scream WHYYYY but it does make you mutter a expletitive and wonder how to get .99 cents into your bank account and if you could do without the dollars worth of gas just to find out what next.  My biggest question at the end was "how did he find out!?!?" and that's all I will say about that, and yes, I will be reading the second one.
