October #BookBlogWalkers


I have found my new favorite thing in the world! #BookBlogWalkers.  Currently I have been dieting and exercising a storm up, I have a fitbit, and I'm doing AWESOME.  So in my blog hopping travels I have found a new adventure.

I can't really post time, as I walk and am on my feet, ALL day, I can average from 3k steps-6k steps on any given day, so my goal lately has been to reach 10,000 steps or more, EVERY day, between work, and outside of work, it's been easier for me that way, so I'd like to continue doing this.

September disappointed me, but I was hit with a lot, I lost my grandmother, which made me loose my momentum, and desire to do anything other than lay around and read.  Then I got sick, then central florida got hit with a series of flooding and rain and storms, then my kid got sick, all of the month was just miserable.  I am really hoping to get back at it though because I know how happy I was when I was moving and exercising and loosing weight.

 My thoughts about this week: I am not proud of this week, but the first part of it I was home with a sick boy, my son had strep and bilateral ear infections, so we both missed work/school for three days, and lounged around cuddling. October 1st I vowed to gradually increase my walking times, I haven't been able to make it out to the treadmill because my son still isn't 100%  but I'm trying to be extra stepish at work, go the longer way, instead of shortcuts, things like that.  You can tell I went back to work on thursday, I'm hoping that when he's 100% we'll be able to get back into going up to the gym to the treadmill, and walking more.  I joined a Walktober theme at work, keeping track of steps every day the month of October, to be eligible to win some sort of prize or enter some contest or something I dont even know.  I figured that may motivate me to get my behind in gear too.  Hopefully it helps!

 My thoughts about this week: Work was insane busy this week, I tried extra hard to take the extra steps too, my goal for next week is to do just as hard, and plus extra, with time on the treadmill.

My thoughts for this week:  This week was really insane at work, mostly EVERY day of walking has been strictly work, Im ashamed to admit that I still haven't found the energy to walk outside of work, usually by the time I come home I'm absolutely done.  Three nights this week I was in bed before 8.  This coming week will be much of the same.  I'm seeing the step goals being awesome, but I wish I could find the energy to do more outside of work.
